ClearNest sells a one-time digital unlock of an educational home protocol for $99. It includes the seven member steps, the photo library, printable checklists, and the coach available in this app. It is not a subscription.

The protocol is general education. It is not professional medical, legal, HVAC, or remediation advice, and it creates no professional-client relationship. You are responsible for your safety, for local code, and for getting permission before you alter a home you do not own.

Refunds: if you use the steps and they are not useful for your home, email hello@clearnest.com within 14 days of payment for a refund of the unlock fee. Have your Stripe receipt ready. This policy is here to reduce surprise, and it should be reviewed by your own counsel before you take live payments.

Affiliate links, including any Samsung product mention, may earn a commission later. Until a program is connected, links are placeholders. Recommendations include the installation limits we know about; specifications change.

The coach can be inaccurate. Don't use it as the only input to a health or construction decision. We may suspend access that abuses the upload or chat endpoints.
