About

A protocol, not a scare site.

You can't see it. Your body might. ClearNest is for people, especially women, who feel that in a clean-looking house — fog, a smell with no patch, air from a duct they never open — and who are tired of being told it is only stress. The way through is a one-time $99 unlock: seven steps, a photo library, and Ava on the work.

The practical heart of Step 1 comes from hands-on home HVAC work shaped by Matt Wallace: smoke-test the furnace, the return boots, and the duct seams, then seal what the fan is inhaling with UL 181 foil tape or mastic. Crawlspace and attic air should not be a whole-house supply.

We are not physicians, industrial hygienists, or a remediation company. We do not diagnose illness, identify mold species, or sell panic. Where we cite a public source, we mean it: the U.S. EPA's guidance on moisture and the roughly 10-square-foot line for many homeowner cleanups, and the everyday advice to keep a working carbon monoxide alarm near fuel-burning appliances.

On biology, we will be boring on purpose. Roughly 1 in 4 people carry HLA-DR types linked in research to slower mycotoxin clearance. Women do not have a gene men lack. Women often meet indoor contaminants through hormone and endocrine effects, and they are more often dismissed. Both sentences can be true. Neither one is a diagnosis.

If you are a clinician, a remediator, or a lawyer reviewing this for Matt: the disclaimer, terms, and refund language are drafted for an MVP and should be reviewed before live charges.

Educational home guidance, not a diagnosis or a lab test. ClearNest does not treat illness. Read the full disclaimer.
